LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join the Flyreel Engineering team, focused on property intelligence and risk assessment solutions for the insurance industry. You will design, develop, and mentor others across cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven products.
The role requires 5+ years in software engineering, strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall, and expertise in multiple data storage subsystems.

The Flyreel Engineering team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions builds innovative property intelligence and risk assessment solutions for the insurance industry. We develop cloud-native applications, automation frameworks, and data-driven platforms that help insurers make faster, more informed decisions. Our collaborative team values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning while delivering products that have a measurable impact on customers and the business.
This position performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line, and provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products. This position performs software design — typically across multiple systems; mentors more-junior members of the team; and talks to users/customers and translates their requests into solutions.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800.
Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
