Job summary

Aviture Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to advance the United States Air ForceAim High program and related mobile/cloud projects.

You will join a cross-functional agile team with a mature stack including React Native, Expo, AWS serverless, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Strapi, React.js, and Appium. You will design, implement, and mentor on scalable software, while aligning with engineering standards and long‑term product impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, C#/.NET, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Experience developing and deploying cloud native software on the AWS cloud.
• Experience with UI development using ReactJS and/or React Native.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development processes and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions to complex technical challenges within a cross-functional team.
• Communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
• Actively participate in all aspects of the agile development process.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote coding standards.
• Decompose complex requirements into iterative deliverables.
