Aviture is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a cross-functional Agile team in Chicago. You will work on full-stack development with React, React Native, C#, and .NET, delivering production-grade software and mentoring teammates.

The role emphasizes cloud-native deployments on AWS, strong CS fundamentals, and a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of software testing tools, frameworks, and techniques.
• Proficient in React, React Native, C#, and .NET.
• Experience deploying cloud-native software on AWS.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience UI development with ReactJS/React Native.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
• Strong Agile experience.
• Mentoring junior engineers.
• High standards for code quality and performance.
