Braven is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of the platform, tools, and automation powering its programs. Working on the Systems team, you will own end-to-end initiatives across learning platform, data systems, and AI automation, elevating architecture and mentoring engineers as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, completion of a technical training program, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship complex features across the platform, data pipelines, and program automation.
• Raise the team's technical bar through code reviews and mentoring engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on industry trends, security, and emerging AI tooling.
