Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree with required years of experience in systems analysis and/or application development.
• Experience migrating applications from .NET to Java.
• MS SQL experience.
• Git source control experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach team while working independently within SDLC and identify metrics to solve business needs.
• Review designs and manage change requests; oversee code changes into production path.
• Design peer review process and coach others on code reviews and improvements.
• Author secure, clean code in Java and other languages; mentor on data structures and algorithms.
