Job summary

ReachMobi, a Florida-based mobile app developer, seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to own architecture for high-volume systems and deliver scalable services.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design, and drive improvements in performance and reliability. Hybrid work with modern tech stack and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience building scalable web/mobile applications.
• Deep expertise with C#/.NET and modern software development practices.
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, RedShift, DynamoDB, Firehose, Kinesis).
• Exposure to digital advertising tech (AdMob) a plus.

Responsibilities

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the development and scaling of complex, high-volume, high-availability analytical systems and applications.
• Own the design, architecture, and technical decisions for major components or systems.
• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers, including code reviews and technical coaching.
• Partner with product, design, and other teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Identify and implement improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability.

What You Need

• Deep expertise with C#/.NET and modern software development practices.

• Proven ability to work through complex, ambiguous problems with minimal guidance.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and influencing engineering best practices.
