Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare IT experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Strong experience with healthcare EDI/X12 transaction processing and integration workflows.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL development experience; Azure API Management knowledge.
• Strong Python and Django experience; RESTful APIs design.
• Solid SDLC, architecture, and operational support understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and support of enterprise healthcare applications and integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and technical staff.
• Establish development standards, SDLC processes, and governance.
• Review designs, code quality, and solution architecture.
• Coordinate priorities and technical assignments across the team.
• Develop and support healthcare EDI/X12 processing, SQL Server databases, ETL, and reporting.
• Design RESTful APIs using Azure API Management and Azure services.
• Build Python/Django web applications and backend services.
• Ensure security, compliance (HIPAA), and interoperability in solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, deployment planning, and release activities.
