Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of industry experience.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to design, build, and scale production-grade applications or systems.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders on key decisions.
• Work with the engineering team to develop features and products from the ground up.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy to solve complex problems.
• Participate in design and development discussions with fresh ideas.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to tailor software solutions.
• Contribute to an agile team for rapid development and deployment.
• Develop scalable software that complies with HIPAA and security standards.
