Assort Health is building a continuous conversation for patients with generative AI and voice/transcription technologies. We’re hiring Senior Engineers to help design, build, and scale innovative products in a fast-paced startup.

You’ll collaborate with a world‑class team, wear multiple hats, and contribute to HIPAA‑compliant software. This role offers autonomy and impact as we grow from a small team to a larger engineering organization in San Francisco.

About the Role

We're on the hunt for driven Senior Engineers to join our team at an exciting stage of our startup's journey. You’ll have lots of autonomy and will need to be comfortable operating in ambiguous situations with an entrepreneurial mindset.

What We're Looking For

• 4–8+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record of impact at a major tech company or a high‑growth startup.

• Strong engineering fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale production‑grade applications or systems.

• Willingness to wear multiple hats—from design and development to testing and occasional support. Comfortable with rapid iteration, experimentation, and learning from failure in a fast‑paced environment.
