Assort Health is seeking Senior Engineers to join at an exciting stage of our startup journey. Contribute to building and scaling innovative products using generative AI and voice/transcription technologies.

You will be a cornerstone to our growth, with autonomy to wear multiple hats and operate in ambiguous, entrepreneurial settings to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of industry experience with impact at a major tech company or high-growth startup.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to design, build, and scale production-grade applications.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats across design, development, testing, and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop features and products from ground up in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Work closely with world-class engineering team to build and scale features from the ground up.

About the Role

We're on the hunt for driven Senior Engineers to join our team at an exciting stage of our startup's journey. If you're eager to contribute to building and scaling innovative products, this role is your ticket to making a significant impact. You'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment, working with and contributing to cutting-edge generative AI and voice/transcription models + technologies.

You will be a cornerstone to our company's growth and success. If you are a self-starter who is ready to wear many hats, build and scale products from zero-one, then this is the perfect role for you. You'll have lots of autonomy and will need to be comfortable operating in ambiguous situations with an entrepreneurial mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with our world-class engineering team to develop features and products from the ground up.

• You will develop scalable software solutions that comply with HIPAA and other security standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 4-8+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record of impact at a major tech company or a high-growth startup.

• Strong engineering fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale production-grade applications or systems.

• Willingness to wear multiple hats—from design and development to testing and occasional support. Comfortable with rapid iteration, experimentation, and learning from failure in a fast-paced environment.
