3Pillar is an AI transformation partner on a mission to help enterprises build the AI-native products and intelligent agents that will define the next era of business. With teams across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia, we work with the most ambitious companies in financial services, healthcare, media, and technology — helping them move faster, modernize boldly, and compete on their own terms. Our HelixAI platform and Helix Pods delivery model put our engineers at the center of real agentic transformation — doing work that is open, portable, and built to last. We are building the future of enterprise AI.
Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment.
Build and optimize high-volume ingest pipelines in Go, including concurrency design, buffering, back-pressure, and retry semantics.
Implement and maintain device polling and collection across IoT and OT telemetry protocols, and the write path into time-series storage.
Profile and tune for throughput, latency, and memory footprint, especially in edge and constrained-runtime deployments.
Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.
Contribute to code reviews and technical documentation, and partner with the technical lead on resiliency and failure-isolation design.
Take part in knowledge transfer from the outgoing delivery team and help ramp up engineers joining behind you.
Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.
Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.
A minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrable depth in Go.
Strong concurrency and performance engineering skills: goroutine and channel design, profiling, memory and allocation tuning, benchmarking.
Solid network protocol fundamentals and hands-on protocol-level work, including debugging with packet captures.
Experience building high-volume ingest or streaming pipelines in production.
Working experience with time-series storage such as InfluxDB or equivalent, including write optimization and schema and tag design.
Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
Good understanding of SOLID principles and familiarity with OWASP.
Proficiency in the English language.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Exposure to IoT or OT telemetry protocols such as SNMP, gNMI or other streaming telemetry, NETCONF, syslog, and MQTT. This is preferred, and weighted below Go depth and network fundamentals.
Python for tooling and data work.
Containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Observability instrumentation: metrics, tracing, and structured logging.
Prior data center, DCIM, industrial, or critical-infrastructure monitoring background.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud native application patterns.
