Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer in the Enterprise AI Platforms team to deliver platform capabilities enabling generative AI applications.

You will shape architecture decisions and drive technical features across the enterprise, influencing product delivery from requirements to maintenance. You will lead architecture across teams, work with stakeholders to translate capabilities into business value, and participate in cross-organizational forums to share knowledge in a high-paced

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience, including production AI delivery.
• Proficiency in Python, with TypeScript for AI integrations.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI applications.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Experience designing, delivering, and maintaining large distributed production-grade apps in enterprise settings.
• Ability to lead architecture and solution design across teams in agile environments.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience deploying third-party vendor software in regulated environments.
• Terraform and Helm experience for cloud infra and K8s deployments.
