Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Generative AI & ML Specialist Solutions Architect to drive adoption of AI/ML workloads for customers worldwide. You will educate at scale, engage executives, and design solutions using SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition, Transcribe, and Personalize.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across technology domains (software, cloud, systems, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
• 2+ years working with Data & AI technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
• Hands-on experience with AI services in AWS or Azure or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Educate and influence customers at scale with deep technical knowledge via 1:many webinars, hands-on workshops, AWS blogs, and GitHub solutions.
• Engage with senior engineers, architects, product leaders, data scientists, and executives to understand pain points and influence architectural decisions.
• Design solutions that leverage AWS AI/ML services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition, Transcribe, Personalize.
• Be an expert in ML concepts such as LLMs, ML Ops, RAG, prompt engineering, token and latency optimization, AI governance, security for AI agents.
• Build rapid proofs-of-concept for Agentic AI and ML applications based on customer needs.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, BD and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate adoption and revenue in AMERICAS.
• Thought Leadership – Evangelize AWS ML services via blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events.
• Act as a technical liaison for customer feedback to AWS Bedrock or other service teams.
• Advise senior stakeholders on architectural trade-offs, risks, and long-term strategy.
• Develop and support an AWS internal GenAI community in the AMERICAS.
