Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer for the AWS Field Experience (AFX) team in Seattle to design and build scalable services that empower the field to operate at internet scale. You will lead generative AI initiatives, develop data pipelines, and own end-to-end delivery in an agile environment while mentoring others and shaping the future of CRM at AWS.

Qualifications

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
5+ years of leading design or development efforts.

Responsibilities

Architect generative AI workflows powering automation for field sales operations.
Develop data pipelines to synchronize account data across systems at scale.
Drive signals architecture and entity resolution to improve data quality.
Build APIs and services encoding operational best practices to reduce toil.
Own end-to-end delivery of features in an agile environment with high autonomy.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in design and code reviews.
