Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Ads Creative Effectiveness team to build GenAI and predictive products for ad creative at scale.

You will lead architecture for high-performance backends, design editing pipelines for images/videos, and orchestrate model serving and compliance while partnering with product and ML leadership to drive impact on advertiser campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong experience bridging ML models and production software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Engineering Architecture: Drive the design and implementation of high-performance backends for ad creative generation.
• Advanced Editing & Asset Workflows: Lead end-to-end image/video editing engines and APIs with brand guardrails.
• Scale Performance Feedback Systems: Build scalable data pipelines linking ad performance to creative generation.
• Optimize Model Orchestration & Efficiency: Tackle latency, concurrency, and cost in Reddit's GenAI stack.
