Job summary

Google in Mountain View is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Creative Composition Intelligence to drive design, development, and productionization of advanced ML models that optimize Ad creative composition and delivery.

You will lead architecture, mentor junior engineers, and shape technical direction across GenAI, ML, and large-scale systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of software development experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages.
• 3 years of testing and launching software products, and 3 years of design/architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of novel ML models, including deep learning, RL, and generative AI, from concept to production.
• Define the technical strategy and roadmap for key ML components to drive product impact.
• Build and integrate scalable ML pipelines and services with infra and serving teams.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement algorithmic improvements for creative selection and freshness.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in ML and system design.
