Job summary

NexHealth, Inc. is building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting patients, providers, and developers. The Practice Engineering team owns customer-facing web, iOS, and backend APIs to power scheduling, payments, and forms.

The role emphasizes ownership of end-to-end features with strong frontend depth in React/TypeScript and backend design, plus collaboration with product/design in a distributed, largely remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building customer-facing products.
• Strong frontend skills in React and TypeScript with backend depth.
• Experience shipping features on iOS alongside web.
• Ownership of features from problem to iteration.
• Collaborate with product and design as a peer.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across React/TypeScript web app, iOS, and backend services.
• Own features end to end from problem to rollout and iteration.
• Identify friction points for clinics and patients and advocate fixes.
• Proactively find worthwhile problems to solve beyond defined work.
• Mentor engineers and raise design and code quality across PX.
