NexHealth, Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer to join Practice Engineering (PX). You will own and ship customer-facing features across the React/TypeScript web app, iOS app, and backend services, collaborating with product and design to continuously improve user workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building customer-facing products.
• Strong frontend skills in React and TypeScript, with backend depth and data modeling.
• Experience building and shipping features on iOS alongside web.
• Track record of owning customer-facing features from problem definition to launch and iteration.
• Experience partnering with product and design as a peer, contributing ideas beyond specs.
• Self-directed, high-ownership, in a small distributed team with minimal process.
• Clear written communication in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across React/TypeScript web app, iOS app, and backend services for scheduling, payments, forms, messaging, and insurance verification.
• Own features end to end from problem definition to rollout and iteration.
• Mentor other engineers and raise the bar in design, review, and delivery.
• Influence product direction and technical approach across the PX product.
