Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating backend services at scale.
• Production-quality services and tools in Python.

• Experience with distributed systems and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and own backend services powering map validation and simulation pipelines.
• Lead development of web-based annotation tooling and data pipelines.
• Design robust data models and storage architectures for integrity and performance.
• Build high-performance rendering and data streaming for sensors and imagery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capabilities with requirements.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design reviews.
