Job summary

RADICL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build API integrations and scalable data pipelines powering its CSaaS platform in Boulder, CO. You will ingest data from diverse security tools and implement agentic parsing for AI-driven extraction.

You will work with Fluentd, Logstash, and OpenTelemetry, shaping data mappings and improving ingestion performance in a hybrid, US-based team.

Qualifications

• ETL design, RESTful API development, data mapping, and schema design.
• Regex/Grok-style log parsing; structured and unstructured log formats.
• Experience with log collectors/forwarders: Fluentd, Fluent Bit, Vector, Logstash, Elastic Beats.
• Familiarity with security data platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, Graylog, Sumo Logic).
• Proficiency in Go, Kotlin, or TypeScript; data modeling for security data.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/data engineering or equivalent experience (3–6+ years).

Responsibilities

• Design and build API integrations for ingesting security data from third-party tools.
• Develop log parsing and data mapping pipelines to normalize data formats.
• Integrate with log collectors and forwarders (Fluentd/Logstash/OpenTelemetry).
• Create and maintain data mappings between source schemas and internal model.
• Optimize ingestion performance and ensure data quality and timeliness.
• Document integration specs and support stakeholders with technical guidance.
• Contribute to agentic parsing pipeline design for AI-driven extraction.
