Job summary

RADICL Defense seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Apps team. You’ll own end-to-end features across React, Express, Go, and PostgreSQL, delivering secure, scalable experiences for security operators and compliance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of production experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Go experience for microservices is a plus.
• PostgreSQL proficiency including complex queries and schema design.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and async job processing.
• Familiarity with React Hook Form, Zod validation, modern state management (TanStack Query, Zustand).
• Understanding of multi-tenant architectures and RBAC patterns.
• CI/CD, monitoring, and production incident response.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack ownership from React components through Express APIs to Go microservices and PostgreSQL databases.
• Design and implement vulnerability remediation workflows, compliance interfaces, security training dashboards, and task management systems.
• Work with modern web architecture and scalable backend systems in a multi-tenant environment.
• Mentor team members, lead architectural decisions, and drive best practices across the stack.
• Ensure quality and reliability with comprehensive test suites and production monitoring.
