Job summary

RADICL Defense in Boulder, CO is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end features across React, Express, Go microservices, and PostgreSQL. You will design vulnerability remediation workflows, compliance interfaces, and security training dashboards for a security‑focused platform.

You will work across a modern stack including React 18, TypeScript, TanStack Query, Zustand, and Redis-like patterns, and contribute to scalable backend services with Go and Docker.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Go microservices experience
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and query optimization
• Understanding of multi-tenant, RBAC architectures
• Experience with security workflows and compliance tooling
• Familiarity with CI/CD and production monitoring

Responsibilities

• Full-stack ownership from React components through Go microservices
• Design vulnerability remediation workflows and compliance interfaces
• Build security training dashboards and task management systems
• Work with React 18, TypeScript, TanStack Query, Zustand, and Tailwind
• Develop Go microservices with Echo and async job processing
• Create resilient integrations with security tools and third-party APIs
• Build tenant-isolated systems with RBAC and audit trails
• Mentor team members and drive architectural decisions
