Job summary

RADICL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Apps team in Boulder, CO. You will own end-to-end features across React, Express APIs, Go microservices, and PostgreSQL, delivering risk management and compliance workflows for SMBs.

You’ll work with modern tools (React 18, TypeScript, TanStack, Zustand) to build scalable, secure, multi-tenant solutions while mentoring teammates and shaping architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• Go, React, and cloud-native stack experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant architectures and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack ownership from React components through Go microservices and PostgreSQL.
• Design remediation workflows, compliance interfaces, training dashboards, and task systems.
• Build modern web architecture using React 18, TS, TanStack Query, Zustand.
• Develop Go microservices with Echo, async job processing, multi-tenant data models.
• Create resilient integrations with security tools and third-party APIs.
• Ensure RBAC, audit trails, and regulatory compliance in a tenant-isolated platform.
• Write unit/integration/e2e tests; monitor systems and ensure reliability.
• Mentor teammates; drive architectural decisions and best practices.
