Job summary

RADICL Defense seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design API integrations and scalable data pipelines for security data ingestion. You will work with log collectors and multiple data sources, mapping schemas to a unified model and ensuring data quality.

You will be part of building our AI‑powered, agentic parsing pipeline while collaborating with an experienced founding team in a hybrid Boulder office. This role demands strong Go/Kotlin/TypeScript skills and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, or related field; 3–6+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build API integrations for ingesting security data from third‑party tools.
• Develop log parsing and data mapping pipelines to normalize data formats.
• Integrate with log collectors and forwarders such as Fluentd, Fluent Bit, and Logstash.
• Create and maintain data mappings between source schemas and the internal model.
• Optimize ingestion performance and ensure data quality and timeliness.
• Document integration specs and support technical guidance for stakeholders.
• Contribute to AI‑powered data extraction pipelines and agentic parsing.
• Collaborate with an experienced founding team in a hybrid office environment.
