Job summary

New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (NHBB) is seeking a Senior Programmer/Analyst to lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to maintenance.

Responsibilities include analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation for complex applications and ERP systems. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, ability to lead projects, and experience delivering end-to-end solutions with solid communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field with project delivery.
• Expert working knowledge with Core ERP Languages.

Responsibilities

• Interview and analyze business needs for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Develop system specifications and design complex applications and databases.
• Code to specifications, develop tests, and install applications.
• Deploy applications to production and provide ongoing support.
• Document applications, specifications and user manuals.
• Monitor systems and implement improvements.
• Assist Information Systems Management with special projects.
