Job summary

New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (NHBB) seeks a Java JEE developer to design, develop, test, and deploy full‑stack applications spanning browser-based and standalone platforms from database to UI.

You will collaborate with SMEs and senior IT staff to translate requirements into robust software and provide some analytical review of data. The role requires at least two years of related experience and an associate degree in CS/IT, with strong HTML5/CSS, Linux scripting, and ERP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge with one or more of the Core ERP Languages listed.
• Working knowledge and experience with one or more Core ERP Systems or Client/Server Web Systems.
• Additional working knowledge or experience with other programming languages listed is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Specification Documentation - document and design project specifications with business rules and logic.
• Programming - write code to support business rules and logic per specifications.
• Testing - perform and document tests to ensure quality code for production.
• May deploy application and systems to production.
• Documentation Development - maintain operation procedures and user documentation.
• Communicate and interact with staff to increase efficiency and functionality of applications.
