Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in design engineering or related field.
• Proficient with SolidWorks/CAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to develop specifications and designs meeting requirements, considering production capabilities and long-term strategies.
• Provide internal expertise and support across manufacturing, quality, sales, and production control to deliver product meeting customer needs.
• Investigate and analyze new materials, equipment, and engineering practices; review drawings to assess alternatives and improve cost and quality.
• Prepare data, drawings, or presentations for project communication and mentor new team members as assigned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide engineering recommendations and share best practices; stay updated on industry standards and trends.
