What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead SCRUM Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with architects and solution engineers to design and implement technical solutions that meet user needs
- Oversee maintenance of existing IaaS/SaaS and on-premise applications to ensure stability and scalability
- Troubleshoot code defects, data errors, and configuration issues to identify application errors
- Drive best practices and standards within the development department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Proven experience leading development teams to successful deployments
- Strong knowledge and experience with Java 11+
- Familiarity with standard design patterns and object-oriented design/architecture
- Experience with REST APIs and unit testing frameworks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of financial systems and processes
- Experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience in automation testing and React UI development
- Background in GitLab pipeline development
