A leading company in health technology is seeking a passionate Sr Software Engineer to join their Enterprise Payments delivery team. You will oversee software development processes, lead Agile teams, and design innovative solutions in Instant Payments and Trade Finance. This remote role empowers candidates with experience in software application development to contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic team environment.
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
We are looking for a hands-on Sr Software Engineer to join our growing Enterprise Payments delivery team, which provides technology solutions and integration services in following areas: Instant Payments, Trade Finance, EDI, and Insurance. We have a highly engaged team of engineers and are driving a new custom developed platform and implementing automated testing on all newly developed projects. We are looking for people who have a passion for development and leading teams.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned software developer with a history of operating in large enterprise environment. Banking experience is preferred, but not necessary. This individual would have tangible examples of how they have led development teams to successful deployments, coached and mentored junior developers, and have contributed to enterprise level design of a system(s). They will also be able to clearly communicate and express complex ideas not only with development team members, but also business product owners, while establishing a working relationship built on trust through delivery.
The Sr Software Engineer will be responsible for all software aspects within the team including research, design, technology insertion, development, testing and support. Other responsibilities include:
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance

The base pay for this position is generally between $115,000 and $140,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
