You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and apply Rust/C/C++ and Python/JavaScript to scalable, reliable solutions for energy decarbonization and grid analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of software development experience delivering professional-grade software.
• Proficiency in Rust/C/C++ and at least one interpreted language such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for energy system analysis, visualization, and optimization.
• Lead and mentor junior developers; collaborate with leadership and designers.
• Investigate, prototype, and apply new technologies to enterprise applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and improve development processes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
