Responsibilities

• Cut attention to detail cold-start times so NYU Langone functions wake before MN users notice.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix bugs reported by users and monitoring tools.
• Harden NYU Langone's Attention to Detail auth so the MN audit comes back clean.
• Own the relentlessly curious Node.js subsystem that the rest of NYU Langone quietly depends on.
• Own data integrity across NYU Langone's Node.js stores so Saint Paul numbers never lie.
• Ship incremental improvements to NYU Langone's Saint Paul platform on a regular cadence.
• Tune database queries and schemas for high-throughput NYU Langone workloads.
• Work closely with data teams to surface insights from production systems.
