Qualificações

• 5+ years building production systems.
• End-to-end ownership of a platform from user workflows to backend services.
• Strong product judgment for quants and traders without a PM in between.
• Close collaboration with users to gather requirements and iterate quickly.
• Technical depth and range in data-intensive systems and production observability.
• Directness and curiosity in learning about quantitative trading and energy markets.
• An appetite for intensity and fast-paced ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own a core software platform end to end, from UI to data infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with quants and traders to understand workflows and drive implementation.
• Build data pipelines, user-facing tools, and reliable production systems with CI/CD and observability.
• Shape architecture and ensure production systems are traceable, reversible, and robust.
