Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience owning features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Receive and own pre-triaged escalated customer issues from Support and drive to resolution.
• Debug and diagnose complex production and integration problems across the full stack.
• Identify root causes and implement durable fixes—not just workarounds.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders on status, timelines and plans.
• Document findings to reduce repeat escalations and contribute to knowledge bases.
