Job summary

Kalepa is expanding its infrastructure team and seeking experienced engineers to build scalable backend systems. You will maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate operations, and ensure security and compliance across cloud environments.

You will collaborate with a global team of engineers to optimize performance, cost, and deployment patterns. The role targets engineers with 8+ years of software or DevOps experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with serverless and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.
Experience with serverless technologies and cloud environments (Lambda, EC2).
Knowledge of relational databases and performance tuning (PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with Terraform, IaaC, Docker or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate operational workflows.
Ensure security and compliance with industry standards; improve infrastructure performance and reliability.
Collaborate with global teams of engineers to build scalable backend solutions and standardize environments and deployment patterns.
