RTX in Huntsville, AL is seeking software engineers to join our development teams supporting Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, and more. You will participate in cross-functional product teams, apply agile methods, and contribute to embedded and real-time software for aerospace and defense applications.

You will design, develop and test real-time software, stay current with industry trends, and collaborate to deliver robust systems while adhering to security and quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree
Minimum of five (5)+ years of professional software programming experience in C++, Java, Ada or similar OO language

Responsibilities

Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams using agile methods to develop, test, and integrate complex software for aerospace and defense applications
Assist in requirements, design, development, and testing of real-time embedded software and tools
Stay current with industry trends, AI, DevSecOps, and related technologies
