2nd Adventure Services, Brownells brand, seeks a Senior Software Developer – Digital Integrations in Grinnell, IA. You’ll own hands-on development across APIs, integrations, and enterprise apps, shaping solutions while mentoring teammates.

This role blends coding with design influence, using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, and modern tools. Regular onsite work is required, with potential hybrid arrangements; relocation to Grinnell is welcome.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Backend focus with C#, .NET, SQL Server and APIs.
• Experience designing APIs, integrations and enterprise apps.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot.
• Ability to mentor developers and influence engineering practices.
• Experience integrating ERP, WMS, eCommerce, or retail systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support applications, APIs, integrations, and tools.
• Build and maintain integrations across eCommerce, ERP, WMS, retail, and internal systems.
• Provide senior input on design, architecture, scalability, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple layers.
• Conduct code reviews and strengthen development standards.
• Mentor developers through pairing and knowledge sharing.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
