Addison Group is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications using .NET technologies in Glenwood, IL. This onsite role requires strong C# and SQL Server skills and offers a path to hybrid work after the initial period.

The successful candidate will work in an Agile team, implement CI/CD processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions, with a salary in the 120k-140k range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience developing applications using C# and/or VB.NET.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including design, stored procedures, views, and data integration.
• Experience with Entity Framework and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with source control, automated deployments, and build management tools.
• Experience deploying and operating in AWS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
• Build and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and data integrations.
• Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and latency issues across distributed systems.
• Develop integrations between enterprise applications, third-party platforms, and cloud services.
• Support software deployment, release management, and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable business solutions.
• Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and documentation.
