Qualifications

Responsibilities

• System Enhancement: improve department systems and applications with new modules and testing
• Analysis: evaluate user requests, determine scope and estimates
• Business Support: provide production system support and create technical documentation
• Technical Expertise: manage design, implementation, and evaluation of software
• On-call Support: provide 24/7 on-call coverage on a rotating basis
