Job summary

SCAN Group, a nonprofit health organization, is seeking a senior software engineer to lead the analysis, architecture, design, development, and enhancement of scalable, secure CRM solutions within Health Plan payer environments. The role emphasizes Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM extensions, plugins, workflows, and enterprise integrations.

You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver automation and interoperability

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with CRM system experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM platforms.
• Experience building extensions, plugins, and workflows.
• Experience integrating CRM with enterprise applications via APIs/middleware.
• Ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for multiple domains within Health Plan payer environments.
• Develop and customize CRM solutions using C#, .NET, plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Platform components.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable API integrations (REST/SOAP) between CRM systems and enterprise.
