Job summary

SCAN Health Plan seeks a Sr Software Engineer to lead CRM-focused design, development, and integration across Member, Provider, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing domains. You will customize Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform, and orchestrate secure API integrations with Azure services to enable interoperable enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience with GPT models and NLP technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare payer domain best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for Member, Provider, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing domains.
• Develop and customize CRM solutions using C#, .NET, plugins, JavaScript, and Power Platform components.
• Architect secure, scalable API integrations between CRM and enterprise apps using Azure services.
• Lead integrations, data modeling, and CI/CD for automated deployments and migrations.
• Leverage AI/ML tools to optimize workflows and automate business processes within healthcare context.
