Job summary

SCAN is seeking a senior software engineer to lead the analysis, architecture, design, development, and enhancement of scalable, secure CRM solutions within Health Plan payer environments. This role requires hands-on experience configuring and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and integrating CRM systems with enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Healthcare domain knowledge and HIPAA familiarity.
• AI/ML tooling and automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integration of CRM solutions for multiple domains.
• Develop and customize CRM using C#, plugins, and Power Platform.
