Plume is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape our cloud platform at scale. You will tackle distributed systems challenges, lead end-to-end delivery across cloud, embedded, front-end web/mobile, data, and product teams, and mentor engineers in a Kubernetes environment.

We value strong coding skills in Java/Scala/Node.js/Rust, cloud experience on AWS/GCP, and a proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional software projects. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of production-quality software experience.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional software projects.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems concepts and algorithms.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale software initiatives across cloud, embedded, front-end web/mobile, data, and product teams.
• Set the technical bar - writing clean, well-documented code and elevating quality across the team through thoughtful code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Drive solutions to complex scalability, integration, and architectural challenges unique to our platform's massive scale.
• Own the full lifecycle of services in a Kubernetes ecosystem - from design and deployment to operations and incident response.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor, helping grow the next generation of engineers on the team.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities as part of a strong production support culture
