Ascend Learning, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Healthcare Workforce Solutions group. You will shape our cloud-based Laudio platform, collaborating with distributed teams across the U.S. and Nepal, and reporting to the Sr Manager of Software Engineering.

The role emphasizes design, development, and mentorship within an agile environment, using React, Node.js, Typescript, and AWS. Remote work is supported with occasional in-person collaboration on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a High School diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proven ability to lead projects in an Agile environment.

• Hands-on coding across the full stack (frontend and backend).
