Job summary

Ascend Learning, LLC is seeking a Client Engagement Manager for Laudio to act as a platform expert, deliver hands-on training, and drive user adoption across a portfolio of healthcare clients. This role supports remote work with travel to New York clients, and prefers candidates living in NY, NJ, or CT.

You will partner with CE Directors to design outreach strategies, lead onboarding, and build scalable training content while advancing client goals and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing support across organizational levels.
• Proven SaaS platform knowledge and ability to become a platform expert.
• Strong communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to develop targeted client outreach and strategies.
• Proficient in analyzing key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure user delight when engaging with the Laudio platform.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions for new users.
• Collaborate with CE Directors to deploy client outreach strategies.
• Co-create executive-facing decks and visuals with the CE team.
• Provide ongoing user training materials and LMS content.
