Job summary

RIB is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Alpharetta, GA team working on the SpecLink platform. You will contribute to modern, full-stack .NET applications that support architects, engineers and builders in a cloud-native SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with global teammates, mentor junior engineers, and help shape a fast-paced product used across regions. The role offers hybrid onsite/remote work with a focus on scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET in data-driven web apps.
• Full-stack development with scalable design.
• Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Visual Studio.
• Hands-on SQL Server, REST API design, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver high-performance cloud-based .NET SaaS applications
• Analyze requirements, assess feasibility, and create technical designs and proofs of concept
• Collaborate closely with global teammates and stakeholders to deliver features and resolve issues
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards
• Support, maintain, and continuously improve existing and legacy applications
