Job summary

RIB North America's SpecLink team seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and deliver cloud-native .NET SaaS applications that support architects, engineers and builders worldwide.

You will mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with global teammates to implement scalable, high-performance solutions while embracing a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience building data‑driven web applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Strong experience as a full‑stack developer with scalable application design principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft cloud and development tools such as .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Visual Studio.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL Server, REST API design, and automated testing practices.
• Awareness on latest AI technologies such as Github Copilot, Claude, Cursor AI for AI driven software development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver high‑performance, accessible cloud‑based .NET SaaS applications.
• Analyze requirements, assess technical feasibility, and create technical designs and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate closely with global teammates and stakeholders to deliver features and resolve issues.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards.
• Support, maintain, and continuously improve existing and legacy applications.

Full-time Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite

This Senior Software Engineer role sits within RIB North America’s SpecLink platform team, a collaborative and forward‑thinking group building a cloud‑native SaaS product for the construction industry. You’ll work on modern, full‑stack .NET applications that help architects, engineers, and builders collaborate more effectively.
