Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality software using Java/J2EE, AWS, PL/SQL, Python, React JS, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, and mobile development experience.

You will design, develop, test, and support full-stack solutions, build CI/CD pipelines, ensure security and coding standards, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience with commercial software architectures at both a software and infrastructure level.
• Functional skills – Application Development Life Cycle / Agile Development, System Design and Architecture, DevOps / Deployment automation.
• Strong written and communications skills for collaboration with various teams and upper management.
• Knowledge of software design patterns/architecture like Micro-services, Layered pattern, etc.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high quality software, on-time, following Broadridge SDLC processes.
• Builds and maintains CI/CD pipeline in different environments.
• Translates business requirements into technical designs.
• Troubleshoots production issues as needed.
• Guides more junior associates through established processes.
