Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to enhance the scalability and performance of the core replication engine for AWS DMS.

You will work on tackling high-velocity data migrations, design and implement high-quality software across the stack, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure solutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
