As a DMS Database Engineer, you are the front line for customer success. You partner with software engineers to build features that simplify the migration journey for customers, work closely with field engineers to learn customer pain points, diagnose complex replication and migration failures, and guide customers through production incidents involving CDC, schema migration, and data validation across heterogeneous database engines.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
