Qualifications

• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Ability to mentor teammates and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategy into technical decisions.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and root-cause analysis.
• Open to Lead level and working with diverse development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead system development and engineering for highly complex programs; coordinate coding, testing, and debugging.
• Serve as subject matter expert and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance for information gathering, root-cause analysis and optimization.
• Mentor and problem-solve with other technology areas in solution development.
• Coordinate with resources to integrate products and processes and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain relationships with leaders and act as a consultant on enhancements.
• Participate in project proposals, estimates, and proof-of-concepts as needed.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and drive enterprise standards; conduct code reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
